The Plymouth Fire Department's EMS Division has been upgraded to EMT-IV Technician level.  As a result of this upgrade, the Fire Dept. is able to provide advanced level of care to all citizens within our response area as well as the firefighters that may need assistance when 804 has been dispatched to stand-by at an emergency scene.  A very large "Thank You" goes out to Asst. Chief Fellows for all of his hard work in developing the necessary protocols and getting State Approval for this very important upgrade.
